Join us for a day of honoring our brave heroes who selflessly served and protected our community! The Special Enforcement Bureau (SEB) Fitness Challenge is not just about fitness—it’s about coming together to remember their sacrifice and support their families in a meaningful way.
Whether you're a fitness enthusiast or simply want to contribute to a great cause, this event offers a chance to show your strength—both physically and in spirit. All funds raised will benefit the SEB Officer Down Fund.
Participants must be able to complete fundamental CrossFit movements such as running, squatting, pressing, and basic body weight exercises.
This is a family friendly event, and you are encouraged to bring E-Z-Up’s and chairs.
We’ll have raffle prizes, vendors, food, jump houses, music and more. There will also be displays from RSO special teams including Aviation Unit, Bomb Squad, K-9 Team, & your RSO recruitment team!
